The whole experience from beginning to end was so intimidating to me I would end up in tears or just want to leave. Just looking at cars in the lot made me want to run away--always needed to have one of my sons or my brother in law with me through the whole ordeal. Well that all changed when I met Larry Henderson. He was soft-spoken, not pushy. He was supportive and informative. He helped me identify what I wanted from a new car and provided options. Larry answered questions rather than pushing information down my throat. There was no going back and forth to the manager for fake consultations about the selling price. Less than a week after my first visit, I drove off in a beautiful Mazda Cx-3 Hatchback with all the bells and whistles for a price I could afford. He was knowledgeable of the cars and was fun to work with. What I appreciated about Jim was that he was respectful and actually delivered all the things he said he would. He was honest and upfront about costs and didn't make us feel pressured. When he said he'd follow up on something, he did. When he promised us a few oil changes, we got them. When he said he could get us the color we wanted on the same day (even though it wasn't on their lot), he got it. He came through for us in all regards and we walked away very satisfied with our purchase of a new CX-5. Unlike other dealerships, the entire team at Tustin was actually great. Everyone we worked with was polite and upfront about things. No silly sales tactics like putting our name on a "VIP" parking spot and giving us Starbucks or trying to tell us we'll be a "winner" if we purchase from them....Tustin was simply honest and fun to work with. Unlike others, Tustin also didn't try to rip us off with any unnecessary add on's. Puente Hills adds $295 for nitrogen filled tires. You can get nitrogen filled into your tires at Goodyear for like $20. Overall, I'd highly suggest going to Tustin if you are looking for a Mazda and asking for Jim! More
