My dealing with Tustin Mazda happened when I was looking for a good reputable dealership that would serve me well especially after I had a very bad experience at Puente Hills Mazda. I reached out to the dealership first by asking for a quote. I got a call from Jim, first thing in the morning and was able to get a solid offer in 10 minutes. Jim, the internet and fleet sales manager, is one of the best individual I have worked with. He responds quickly and he is extremely organized. In an hour time, he was able to break everything down for me before I even step foot into his dealership. It was the most straight forward and pleasant negotiation I ever had. Jim really took care of us. My wife and I are now a new owner of the 2016 CX 5 with the Touring Package + Bose/Moonroof package. We had the newest car on the lot and we couldn't be happier. My second Mazda I leased with Jim via text message, literally showed up, drove the car, negotiated via text and came in to sign the paper work. Trustworthy, honest, friendly and caring. If you cant say that about where you buy your cars you need to switch. I even met the owner and have his cell phone in my phone. It doesn't matter what I need from the service department, Sarah is always super helpful. Reachable via cell and email makes it even better, but the best is her pink scarf and the fact that she calls me "hun" always makes the service to my car more bearable. Give it a try!
