I willingly waited 10 months to purchase a new 2024 Land Cruiser after Toyota’s press release announcing its redesign last summer. Johnny Q took my name and kept me informed throughout the process. April then called and told me when one would be available at the dealer. She put my name on it in Japan as it was being manufactured. It was number 118 off the line and is beautiful. The point is these two people did exactly what they said they were going to do and it made the wait pass by more quickly. Flawless customer service. Beautiful cars. Why go elsewhere? More

No up-scale. Straightforward. Epic person. We were almost going to skip on this due to upper management, didn't find the manager to be the friendliest, pretty condescending. Alexis is the reason we came back. Absolutley LOVE the vehicle so I'm glad Alexis is the reason it all worked out. Top notch sales dude. Five stars all around. Definitely ask for him if youre in the market. You will not be disappointed. More
