Amazing Service Advisor My service advisor for my recent visit was Josh. He was prompt, friendly, and has good listening skills. Although I brought my RAV4 Hybrid in for the 10,000 mile service there is an on-going issue I have been dealing with regarding fueling my vehicle since I bought it back in April. Since I have not had any luck with previous service advisors and even Toyota corporate headquarters, I mentioned it and he seemed genuinely concerned and offered to state surveying other 2019 RAV4 Hybrid owners if they were experiencing the same problem. At least it was something other than being told I wasn't fueling correctly or that I wasn't allowing for the extra fuel in the tank that is not accessible. When your tank fills at least 4 gallons short of the full mark on the fuel gauge something is definitely wrong. May have to take a service tech with me the the gas station to prove my point. More

I’m out of warranty but they always send me great discounts & coupons for service. It is one of my favorite service departments. Cesar was my service person today. He did an amazing job, gave me the information on what I needed for my car to keep it running in the best condition. I had told him what a bad experience I had at Toyota of Orange. The only reason I went there was because they gave me a $20 gift card. Was not worth the service, since two days later my battery died and my brake fluid was extremely low. Both of which I wasn’t informed about. Back to Tustin...so I waited for my car, my appt. was at 4:30 and I left dealer at 5:45. I had my two French bulldogs with me in there stroller. We enjoyed the ac, complimentary water or coffee, and of course subway! The inside was clean and refreshing. The music was playing just right and so were the TVs. When my service was done, Cesar told me the last dealership had stripped my filter and left it cracked. Lucky for me they help cover the cost! Also if I get coupons from the other dealership Tustin will match it. Overall a great experience & I recommend coming here. No upsales or harassment for services. More

Loren is the best service manager at Tustin toyota! I’ve been a customer at tustin toyota for the last 24 yrs and have always received excellent service from outstanding employees like Dan Stanley, Serg I’ve been a customer at tustin toyota for the last 24 yrs and have always received excellent service from outstanding employees like Dan Stanley, Sergio , Xavier and Loren. But this week on Monday, July 15 I received such exemplary service from Loren Rodgers that it prompted me to take the time to write this positive review. Following is a synopsis of what he did. After dropping off my car for a minor service (35000), Loren did a Car walk around noting and scratches or dents that were previously there before, then went inside discussing itemscovered and anything else that needed checking, asking if I needed the use of the shuttle and about Long it would take. I made it clear it had to be done no later than 2 because of an important doctors appointment previously scheduled . To my surprise the car was not only done by 1:00,he had arranged for the shuttle to pick me up at that time. The shuttle was waiting outside my front door just when I got off the phone with Loren! He knew I was busy and went out of his way to make sure I would get to my doctors appointment on time! How that for service! It there’s more! When I got out of the car I notice a large scrap on the side of the front right bumper that happened while the car was in service(my opinion). So after my procedure I drove back to Toyota and showed it to Loren! He didn’t argue or hesitate but volunteered to get detail to buff it out. Then he went above and beyond what he had to do. HE DETAILED THE WHOLE CAR! All minor scratches and flaws were buffed out of the entire car making it look like new again! I trust Tustin Toyota even more than I did before and will be requesting Loren for all my service needs! Thanks Loren and Tustin Toyota More
