He provided, hands down, the best service I have experienced at a vehicle service center. A real professional, courteous, works with urgency and straight to the point. It's too bad there's not more service advisors like Kyle. Also, I do not particularly like anybody let alone strangers handling my vehicle, but the porter and tech who worked on my vehicle and returned it to me seemed to treat it with with respect. So thanks again to the service team! More

Great Car Buying Experience This is my 2nd car from this dealer. Friendly staff with just the right amount of salesman push. I like to look around the lot on my own at first. After a few minutes of doing so, Ash approached me and I told him what I was looking for. He was exactly the right salesman for me; knowledgeable (especially about the technology) and able to answer every question I had. He found the right car with the right features for me. I'll definitely return here when my other car's lease ends in a few months. When I do, I'm definitely asking for Ash. Not to be too snarky, but Tuttle-Click Irvine could learn a lot about customer service from these guys. More
