Buy and/or service your car somewhere else. Nightmare. My daughters car had an engine recall on it - sat in the lot for 8-10 months before finally getting the new engine (1 year and a half ago) Nightmare. Two weeks ago, the new engine caught on fire with my daughter, baby granddaughter, and daughters boyfriend driving in the car. I have yet to hear back from anyone and have left several messages. I will be finding an attorney next. More
