Although a busy Saturday, we appreciate him making time to discuss our issue. He thought they could assess the vehicle the end of the following week. Surprising he called earlier in the week with great news of the problem, repair, and all still under warranty. Their communication was timely and excellent. We were frazzled and he was reassuring. They took the time to care about our dire situation and made sure we had everything we needed. We arranged a shipping company to pick up our car and Deserie called to inform us of the pick up. Our car is in the diagnostic phase, and we are certain that the team will diagnose the problem efficiently as well as correctly. My car died in Pigeon Forge and AAA towed it here Thursday. Unfortunately for us, they were so busy that I did know what was wrong with the car until Friday. But they found the part, a starter, & got Thursday. Unfortunately for us, they were so busy that I did know what was wrong with the car until Friday. But they found the part, a starter, & got it FedX’d from Texas. By Monday morning, my car was fixed so we could return to FL, where we live. Thankfully my car was under warranty, so I did not pay anything for the starter to be replaced. Everyone was very polite and friendly: from the first phone call with Chris in service to the middle calls via Jennifer who handled those calls to the last call with Mike who called me Monday with the good news. If I relocate to TN to be closer to my friends, THIS will be the Hyundai dealership that I patronize. More
