7/31/24 To whom it may concern, on 7/11/24 I, bought a 2002 Cadillac Eldorado from Twin Falls Chevrolet & salesman George Hilarides. George had described the cosmetic & mechanical condition of the care as 2002 Cadillac Eldorado from Twin Falls Chevrolet & salesman George Hilarides. George had described the cosmetic & mechanical condition of the care as being pristine, except for a paint chip on the back bumper. I explained to George numerous times to disclose ANY imperfections in the paint, body, or mechanics, and he continued to insist the condition of the car, including the cosmetics were impeccable. We also did a face time around the car via our cell phones, however the car was located inside the dealership at the time and imperfections were not apparent as the lighting was not sufficient to expose them. I hired a transport company to transport the car from the dealership to my home in Fairport, NY. The car arrived on 7/26/24 when I was out of town. My wife called me and described some of the cosmetic deficiencies she saw including dents, paint touch ups, scratches, and paint loss. I arrived home on 7/28/24 and after inspecting the car in the light, found multiple cosmetic issues that were never disclosed to me, and were not evident during out face time. These issues included: multiple dents in the body, 5 instances of paint touch up, paint rub, paint loss, and scrapes & scratches too numerous to mention ( I do have a detailed list of all cosmetic deficiencies). In short, the car was not in the condition advertised or promised to me & would need extensive repair to be in such condition. On Monday7/29/24 I contacted Twin falls Chevrolet Sales Manager Tedy Pellegrini-Ramseyer to express my concerns with the car & try to find an amicable solution to this problem. He asked for the load report from the car transporter & photos taken at that time by the driver. These were sent to him by myself. After not hearing back from him, I called him back on 7/31/24. He stated that the damage on the car was the responsibility of the driver and were not present at time of pick-up despite photos that show otherwise. When confronted with the photo evidence he then admitted ,” yes the car has problems if it did not I would have sold it for much more money”. He was completely indifferent to the situation and unreceptive to arriving at any solution. When I asked the reason these issues were not disclosed despite my insisting on numerous occasions to disclose any deficiencies the car may have paint wise or mechanically, he did not provide an answer. I reminded him of the promise posted on the dealership website offering a 7 day money back guarantee on pre-owned vehicles, and he said that did not apply to my situation as it only applied to in-state purchases , although this is not stated on the website as a condition of the guarantee. He refused to accept the car back then abruptly ended the phone call. Additionally, the dealership as of this writing has not sent out the title for the car, rendering it undriveable as I cannot register it without a title saying I have ownership. Numerous calls to management & the business office who said they were handling this have either gone unanswered or have provided no detail as to the whereabouts of the title. In conclusion, engaging in a series of lies and deception for financial gain I believe constitutes fraud. I have photos and documentation to substantiate my claims as well, More

the service writer Audrey was very terrible, I talked to her about a random shaking issue and that i had a oil change that i needed done. she confirmed that i did have one free oil change and that they will her about a random shaking issue and that i had a oil change that i needed done. she confirmed that i did have one free oil change and that they will look into the shaking issue. after about two hours i get my truck back and she said that she will let me know if this was covered under warranty or not. i setup an appointment for the following weekend to have the repairs done. a few days go by and i still haven't heard from Audrey about the warranty, when i called her she said I have not yet called them yet, and just sounded like she didn't want to call them and be on hold for that long, later that week I had something come up where we could not make our next appointment to get it fixed so i called in wanting to reschedule the appointment, the other girl i talked to said I had no appointment scheduled for me. a few days go by, and Audrey calls my wife to tell her our bill is $500. this is the first time anyone had said anything about how much our first appointment would be. even though i asked Audrey to confirm that the oil change was free and does she know about how much this would cost today, all i got was yes it's free and i will let you know. I don't make a lot of money and just to spring on someone after the fact that your visit will be $500 is not okay. she should have been upfront on or about how much this would cost us. I would recommend driving the extra hour- hour and half to Boise to buy or get my vehicle's serviced going forward. More

I’ve always enjoyed the friendliness at this dealership. I wouldn’t rather go anywhere in Twin Falls. We went to Twin Falls Chevy and have been working with Thomas C. & he has worked hard to find the right PU with desired amenities and specifically the right color. Second was available reasonable financing and rebates. Right now there are good rebates and GM is offering good intetest rates and # of years available with good credit. I am so pleased to say Thomas was my sales agent & has worked hard to find the best truck to fit my needs & my desired color. I just purchased the most awesome pickup from the very best sales agent (Thomas) & Dealership! Thomas worked so hard to find the features I needed/wanted and to made sure it was "the right one". The Sales Mgmt and Financing were also great to make the best deal they could but Most Importantly it was refreshing to work with a dealership that everyone is up front, honest, ethical, and do their best to offer the best service possible. The sales people were good, HOWEVER the service department is awful. There was a wire that was hanging down from my yukon and I had them look at it when it was in for service. They said it was broke and needed to be replaced at 600 dollars. I looked at it and found it was a wire for a censor that had come unplugged. I plugged it back in and it worked fine. Either they were incompetent and didn't know or were trying to get us to pay for somthing that was not needed. I also paid to have a protective coat put on the vehicle. It is now chipping on the front. I had them look at this. They said it was from a hairline crack in the grill and the fix was to replace the grill for 2000 dollars. They didn't say anything about all the other chips in the front and would not stand behind the protective coat they sold me. More
