Stopped in after getting a call stating there was a recall. They were transparent would only take 2 hours or less. Waited in waiting lounge was clean and neat. The oil change was done promptly & when there was an issue getting the car down from the lift, they kept me updated and then made arrangements for me to get a rental, which they then picked up from my h issue getting the car down from the lift, they kept me updated and then made arrangements for me to get a rental, which they then picked up from my house when my car was freed.
