My husband and I have bought 3 cars from Two Rivers Ford. And now we have purchased another. We came to just look around but ended up buying another car. Our salesman, Tom Phillips was amazing. I have been dealing with Matt. Interested in a Ford F-150. Our original talks said he would work to get the truck shipped to me. Dragged on for 2-3 days trying to get an answer. No Interested in a Ford F-150. Our original talks said he would work to get the truck shipped to me. Dragged on for 2-3 days trying to get an answer. No one at the dealership cares to put in any effort to try to ship. Then proceeded to tell me I would be responsible for all aspects. They act like internet sales are a new thing to them when most dealers nationwide now do this. With online, it is easier now to find the vehicle you want with the exact features, which leads you to use sites such as AutoTempest to find them. This is how I found them all the way from Kansas. In my short working with them, I recommend all to find other places to work with. Should they choose to remedy this, I will come back and correct my review. More
