He kept in constant contact throughout the pre and post sales process, picked us up at the airport, kept us engaged, was so pleasant to deal with. You'd think this would be the norm - but it's not! His attentiveness and the dealerships focus on delighting the customer was obvious from the get-go. He made what could have been a complicated and miserable experience something wonderful.
