On October 2, 2014 we purchased THE car from John Q. and we can't say enough of how great our experience was. John was so helpful and friendly. Even the show room was very peaceful! Not once did we feel pressured into buying the car. We test drove 5 other cars at multiple dealerships and all of them left us feeling uncomfortable, like they just wanted the sale. This was the most stress free, pleasant experience we have ever had. Monty and John were friendly, no pressure gentleman. Very knowledgeable about Ford vehicles and responsive to questions. I called ahead and Monty had the car I asked to drive ready for me! I drove a Fusion and an Escape and ultimately chose the Fusion. Before we left, John helped me sync my phone and download contacts, etc. He fully explained all the systems. Two test drives and all the paperwork completed and on our way home in only a little over three hours. Pricing and financing met our expectations and they gave us a fair price for our trade-in. I will recommend Two Rivers Ford to anyone looking to purchase a car. Thanks Monty and John! More
