On October 2, 2014 we purchased THE car from John Q. and we can't say enough of how great our experience was. John was so helpful and friendly. Even the show room was very peaceful! Not once did we feel pressured into buying the car. We test drove 5 other cars at multiple dealerships and all of them left us feeling uncomfortable, like they just wanted the sale. Even when it came to financing, there was no pressure. Thank you so much John and Two Rivers Ford for making this car buying experience a joy! I gave testimony on Sunday at church about this and will continue to recommend this dealership. More

Pleasant car buying experience We were dreading purchasing a new car because of past experiences at other dealerships (hours of haggling, etc). This was the most stress free, pleasant experience we have ever had. Monty and John were friendly, no pressure gentleman. Very knowledgeable about Ford vehicles and responsive to questions. I called ahead and Monty had the car I asked to drive ready for me! I drove a Fusion and an Escape and ultimately chose the Fusion. Before we left, John helped me sync my phone and download contacts, etc. He fully explained all the systems. Two test drives and all the paperwork completed and on our way home in only a little over three hours. Pricing and financing met our expectations and they gave us a fair price for our trade-in. I will recommend Two Rivers Ford to anyone looking to purchase a car. Thanks Monty and John! More

He came over to us and introduced himself, offered to find anything we might be looking for and as we were on a limited time schedule, he gave us a business card. Today, we asked for him because of his pleasantness previously. Yes, we did purchase a new Ford vehicle from John Q. He gave us a "step by step" guided tour of every aspect of the vehicle. We have no questions as he explained everything to us. John Q. is a gentleman and a great salesman. At no time, were we pressured to buy a vehicle. More

Allen came up to us to ask if he could help, and we told him we were just i We went to Two Rivers Ford to get regular service on our 2011 Ford Focus. Allen came up to us to ask if he could help, and we told him we were just in for service. . . . My husband then said, "if you can take that car and trade it for a new one with the same payment, we can talk." When the statement was made, it was a joke, but Allen responded with a smile, "I think we can do that!" Everyone at Two Rivers was friendly, and they were able to anticipate questions and concerns. I joked with Allen that my thinking was adversely affected because I was blind with hunger; however, the truth is, my experience was so great that, had I not just looked at the time, I would not have even noticed that it was dinnertime. This site has asked for me to check the specific employees with whom I worked. I have specifically named Allen here, but everyone working at Two Rivers Ford on Wednesday 17 July was wonderful--I cannot remember the name of the finance associate, but he was great also! In previous experiences at other dealerships, other sales associates are completely aloof bordering on unpleasant, but this is not the case at Two Rivers Ford. Everyone was kind and friendly. I look forward to working with Two Rivers Ford in the future. More
