First Time Buyer I came to Two Rivers Ford knowing the exact vehicle I wanted. I do not currently live in the Nashville area but had been to two other dealers near the I came to Two Rivers Ford knowing the exact vehicle I wanted. At these other dealers, I noticed what some would term sneaky car salesman tactics and price gouging. I was very dissatisfied and expecting the worst when I came to Two Rivers Ford. I was pleasantly surprised. The price Two Rivers Ford offered was extremely fair and exactly what I had in mind based on the vehicle's value, unlike the other dealers I had previously visited. The only real negotiation I had to do was on my trade-in. I felt my trade-in was being undervalued based on the blue book value, after mentioning this, a value closer to what I had researched was agreed on. No sneaky tactics were used, and I felt I could trust the people I worked with. I left with the exact vehicle I wanted at a fair price with excellent customer service.
