We visited Two Rivers Ford with the intention of purchasing but couldn't get in the door without feeling like we were imposing. We asked for an individual by name and when we were told he was not th purchasing but couldn't get in the door without feeling like we were imposing. We asked for an individual by name and when we were told he was not there, no one seemed interested in helping. We ultimately went to Ford Lincoln of Franklin and we're extremely satisfied with our buying experience. More

If there ever is a problem, their motto is "The customer is always right." The service manager is always available to address any complaints that I may have, even it it means calling the factory, FORD MOTOR is always right." The service manager is always available to address any complaints that I may have, even it it means calling the factory, FORD MOTOR COMPANY. The service department has taken care of a problem that occurred shortly after the warranty expired because they felt that it was a factory defect. They stated that the part failed prematurely, that it should have lasted much longer. I know of no other dealer/service department that would admit that a part failed "before it's time" and correct the problem without having the customer pay for the repair that was out of warranty. Please note, I have purchased several new cars over the years. More so than average. More
