They service center is even worse! I had been paying for oil change packages for years, and after one oil change (where they are supposed to top off your fluids/rotate tires/the whole 9) had my car looked at by someone else, and they hadn't topped off my brake fluid in God knows how long. I was bone dry. Any complaints for them? Skip their management team, go straight to corporate. Just terrible. Stay away - honestly. More

Best Car Dealer Experience I searched fir a car online 2/17 since i live in Pueblo. We made a deal and I Had my own financing. Later that evening the sales mgr Robert called and I searched fir a car online 2/17 since i live in Pueblo. We made a deal and I Had my own financing. Later that evening the sales mgr Robert called and said there was an issue w the vehicle i was purchasing and since I was coming from Pueblo. About an hour later Robert callex about a 14 Murano. I went up sat 2/18 and left in a 2014 Murano Platinum. Tynans made the mishap right no haggle and i got an incredible deal. Sraff was real great and friendly. Will repeat hats off Tynans!! More

My husband and I were Tynan's Nissan on Havana in Aurora is a top-notch dealership that strives to provide superb customer service for its customers! My husband and I were looking to trade-in a vehicle and purchase another. We purchased another vehicle within the last year from a different dealership. I attempted to contact the salesman from that purchase for this new deal, but he never returned my phone calls. Therefore, I started searching the internet for another dealership to work with. Thankfully, we stumbled across Tynan’s and couldn’t be happier with the vehicle and the service provided by Ben P. (salesman), Michael (finance), and Steve (manager). These three (3) gentlemen know how to take care of their customers! I started by viewing their inventory online. While online, I was assisted with setting up an appointment for the next morning to view three (3) vehicles I had picked out (their online features/assistance are great!). We arrived the next morning for our appointment a little early; and therefore, started browsing vehicles. A gentleman approached us as he was walking into the dealership for work to see if we needed assistance. He let us know someone would be right out. Low and behold, Ben appears! We discussed the three (3) specific vehicles we wanted to look at, briefly discussed financial needs/wants and we were off to test drive! Now, I am a little picky with vehicles. Therefore, I wanted to thoroughly check out the vehicles for dents, dings, scratches, etc. Ben had no problem taking each vehicle out of the spot they were located in order for us to thoroughly inspect the vehicles. Ben did not rush us at all during this time and remained professional and courteous. We chose one (1) of the vehicles to purchase. Now time for the dreaded back and forth, paperwork, etc. However, to our surprise, that didn’t happen with this dealership. We came prepared with the documents we were asked to bring, we discussed our trade-in, and an acceptable monthly payment. Ben worked his magic with finance. He answered questions we had, provided documents we requested about the vehicle, etc. The customer service he provided didn’t waiver at any time! Ben introduced us to Steve, another polite and professional individual coming to shake our hands and thank us for choosing Tynan’s Nissan. During this conversation we learned Steve is a manager who has been employed with Tynan’s for many years. Next stop in the vehicle-purchasing process was meeting Michael in Finance. Almost immediately we realized Michael was the gentleman who assisted us when we arrived on the lot. Another friendly individual who was polite and professional! Michael thoroughly explained all relevant, necessary information and answered any questions we had. We left the dealership that day happy with the vehicle we purchased and the service we received. However, the service they provide gets better. A week later we noticed something about the vehicle that we weren’t sure of. I contacted Ben and he had me bring it to their Service dept. to be looked at. They ended up resolving an issue on the vehicle that technically, they did not have to, but they did because they care about their customers. One (because there is more than one) of the things I liked during the process with Tynan’s was all transaction paperwork was provided electronically on a thumb-drive! And, we were promised a 2nd key for our vehicle and they delivered! No pulling teeth or anything, they fulfilled the promises they made. This dealership knows great customer service and they truly care that their customers are satisfied. For our experience, Tynan’s Nissan dealership provides full-circle customer service, it starts the minute you connect with the dealership and continues even after you “close the deal.” If you’re looking to purchase a vehicle from a reputable dealership that strives to provide satisfactory customer service, Tynan’s Nissan is the place! Awful Experience-go to another dealership! High pressures sales-regretted my lease signing shortly after the deal was done. Tried to trade in/sell car after 2 years, but the car depreciated so much that these were not options. Might have had something to do w/all the bad vw diesel scandal publicity? Turned in payed off leased VW Tiguan 7 months early for savings on insurance d/t car seat not fitting in back seat, and needing another car for family. After I explained that we might be interested in a Toureg down the line, the owner tells me there may be an additional fee for returning the leased car in early! When I became upset and loud explaining that Tynans benefits from the low mileage on the vehicle and can release/sell the car 7 months early, he tells me that he's not sure about the fee and would check. Comes back minutes later to state that the only fee is the disposition fee upon termination of the lease. To add insult to injury, the owner proceeds to tell me that I need to insure the car until final inspection-really? After you accept the car back, I have to continue to insure it-I don't think so! After reading other reviews, I'm sure we'll have to fight to get a fair final inspection done as well. Don't waste your time or money with this dealership as they do not care about the customer! More
