Bad experience I had a car that kept dying upon take off and wouldn't automatically shift into a higher gear. Provided it only happened when it was hot out, my car s I had a car that kept dying upon take off and wouldn't automatically shift into a higher gear. Provided it only happened when it was hot out, my car sat at the dealership for almost two months. They lost the paperwork for my car, couldn't give me updates and when I showed up they had no idea where my car was. I was told "it's somewhere out there" and the employee handed me my keys so I could get stuff out of my car. I was on my own to navigate the back 40. They did loan me a car to use, but the service manager called out of the blue one day saying he would report the car stollen if I didn't bring it back. Asked if my car was done yet and he told me no. What a way to take care of a customer. In the end I was told that Nissan had a new way of fixing the problem my car had a "new process". But couldn't tell me when I would get my car back. More

She ended up with an Xterra and we were both really happy with the service and deal. A year later I went in to by myself an Xterra which I did. Again highly satisfied. I started dealing with the service dept, they were helpful, friendly, and professional. I have been going there now for 10 years. Recently my husband needed a new car so we went to Tynann's and walked out that day with the Rouge. Again we had excellent service while purchasing this vehicle and have had excellent service everytime I have gone back for any service on either car. More

Certified Used Purchase Josh (salesman) was a "newby" but did very well. Jordan "Wizard" (the man behind the curtain) was great. He helped Josh with all our questions. I love our Rogue, BUT when we got it home we noticed a dent in the left front fender that was not disclosed during the negotiations. What a great group I came from close to 400 miles away and basically had the deal made over the phone. I was a little skeptical about what may happen once I got there, I came from close to 400 miles away and basically had the deal made over the phone. I was a little skeptical about what may happen once I got there, but was pleasantly surprised! Not only did they have everything in order and ready to go, but I had a great opportunity to look at some other vehicles in the same make. I found one that had a few more options in it than the one I had picked and they made the deal even sweeter, so I bought it. There was absolutely no pressure and they went out of their way to help!
