I came in to get a recall fixed and free oil change, per the coupon o received in the mail. I was told the ‘fix’ to the recall is not actually to fix my key, it was to pre-break the key so it would never cl the coupon o received in the mail. I was told the ‘fix’ to the recall is not actually to fix my key, it was to pre-break the key so it would never close again. This is not a solution and makes using and storing the key more difficult. I could then not use the coupon for the oil change, they couldn’t find the package of oil changes I had previously purchased, and charged me $80 for it. I had already taken time off work to do this appointment and didn’t want to have to reschedule or go elsewhere. I am totally disappointed and unsatisfied in the outcome of my visit to Tynan’s. More
