I cannot seem to find the gentleman that helped me yesterday on the employee roster, however his name was Alec as I recall. I came in, as I had found a nail in the tread of my tire and thought I neede yesterday on the employee roster, however his name was Alec as I recall. I came in, as I had found a nail in the tread of my tire and thought I needed a plug. Alec was very approachable and easy to talk to immediately from walking in the door. He was able to get my car in rather quickly and as it unfortunately turned out; I had two nails, the second being through the sidewalk rendering the tire unrepairable. Even after the discovery of the side wall puncture; Alec was very cordial in offering to get together some quotes for new tires should I need them. I came to find out I have a tire protection warranty through the place of purchase; however and did not need to utilize said quotes. More

The first time I came in with some tire issues they did not even look at it after i asked them to. No one seemed to really care about the services i received. They also didnt wash my car (even though it's promised free with each service) but i didnt mind much because it was pretty icy out still. the most recent time i went, the workers were alot friendlier and communicated more. However, i am annoyed they didnt run my car through the wash even though it was warm and sunny all weekend. overall, not very impressed with this dealership I will probably try a new one. More

the oil change was quick. the coffee machine was super old and the water bottles were out of stock. an employee took the last water bottle and laughed. no one restocked it. empire nissan is a far drive fo old and the water bottles were out of stock. an employee took the last water bottle and laughed. no one restocked it. empire nissan is a far drive for me now that I moved but i’m going to go back to empire. they wash my car for me when I get the oil changed and use floor and seat covers. this place didn’t. empire also has a new coffee machine and brand new lounge which isn’t a huge deal but a nice perk.
