Unprofessional not helpful We had work done totalling near 2000 dollars. Never asked of how it was going to be paid. When I showed up an hour early before my car was ready, I was passed back and forth MULTIPLE times, by both the service department, and the payment clerk as to what to do. Then at 3pm because it was closing time, was forced to make a decision not neccesarily in my best interest so one of the clerks could go home "to let their dog out" completely unprofessional, and not helpful in ANY WAY. I'll NEVER go back, and I'll make sure to tell my friends and family to NEVER do business this facility. More

Brian has helped us from day one and he could not be more professional yet I know he will never talk me into a Service I would never need because I’m a woman and trust me this happened other times when I owned a different car and went somewhere else.
