This is my first VW ID 4. 0 S Pro. To be honest if not for the dealership service team I won't be getting a VW EV again as the software has so many issues. The service team is 0 S Pro. In 2014 I chose this Tynan to purchase my Volkswagon after checking out the multiple dealers available. Since then I’ve had their service center service the car as necessary. They have kept this vehicle after checking out the multiple dealers available. Since then I’ve had their service center service the car as necessary. They have kept this vehicle running as if it was brand new. I also like the fact that they give me a heads up on things that will be due within the next few months, such as warn brake pads. They’re trustworthy and friendly people to work with. More
Car was towed in. Because the problem was intermittent, the head of the service dept said they wouldn't be able to replicate it. I was sent a text to come and get it. There were also no loaner cars available for a week and I spent $175 on Lyft rides to and from work. I finally went to the dealership and talked to Mark who explained that all new cars automatically stop when too close to a car in front. He didn't listen to my explanation and I wasted my time. My car was going into automatic park from my parking space both forward and reverse when there was nothing in the way. I could finally get it to go, but would it happen again on occasion from being in a parked position. Once it happened while driving slowly before a turn. It just went into emergency park out of nowhere. If someone had been behind me I would have had whiplash. I've explained my experience many times. Always with a response that it is just the way it is. After weeks of frustration and lift rides and explanations, finally Alex was called in who discovered a sensor problem. He gets 5 star rating. Very nice and helpful. I'm sorry I chose Tynans to lease my car. It has been a very upsetting experience for this 75 year old woman whose son was kind enough to lease me a new car. Thanks for asking but I don't want to explain the rudeness I experienced once again. More
