BUT...I was there at 9:20am (after working a LONG night shift) and there was only one other guy in the waiting room. I was quoted 1:45 for the service; which I think is too long when they don't allow appointments. At 10:45 (at this point I've been the only person in the waiting room for almost an hour) I checked my email and found an email from the dealer with my car report (received at 10:18). I looked out the window and saw my car parked. I went to the guy and asked if my car was ready (he was on his cell phone laughing) and he said "oh yeah". My assumption is that my car was ready at 10:18am and if I didn't see that email at 10:45 I would have still been waiting!!!! This is VERY FRUSTRATING! I won't be returning to Tynans for my oil changes; I don't have all day to sit and wait for no reason. More

Over priced services I had bought the service agreement which is extra money added onto my lease. I was told when I leased it that I would only have to worry about gas and I had bought the service agreement which is extra money added onto my lease. I was told when I leased it that I would only have to worry about gas and insurance with this service plan until I brought my car in for my last free 30,000 miles Service and oil change. Then I received a quote for over a thousand dollars. The service team told me that I was lied to and the service plan didn't cover anything but the oil changes. I feel robbed. If I knew this I wouldn't have added the service plan to my lease. I probably won't lease again thru this dealership. Also the 44 dollar air filters are only 15 at the auto parts store and take about 5 mins to change so no I will change my own filters. More
