The quality of the service I have experienced is without a doubt dependent on the people who work at Tynan's. Tom Tran, service advisor, is my choice when my Beetle requires maintenance or service. Tom's knowledge of the Volkswagen product amazing, he is patient when I don't understand what my car needs, and contacts me when something unexpected arises during the repair or maintenance procedures occurs.
