Customer service is dead I brought my car in for repairs, took longer than expected because parts needed replaced. Understandable. What is not understandable is why I was not contacted when the repairs were finished. Then I called to check the status of my vehicle I am told they have no record of my vehicle. SERIOUSLY? I got very upset obviously because he’s telling me they don’t have my car. At no point does he tell me he’s going to find out what’s going on or be helpful in any way. I had to get upset, then he tells me he doesn’t need my attitude. MY ATTITUDE? You have my car and you’re not helping me. This guy should NOT have a job!!! Not sure of his name More

Good Deal, Great service Picked up a hail damaged VW at Tynan’s we got a good deal & when a freak snow storm came upon driving away the wipers were found to be inoperable.
