I was told I had 5 years warrantyon my 2022 Atlas. Upon my Atlas reaching 50k miles I was told my warranty expired. They said I had to all of a sudden change BREAKS for 600.00, fix oil leak $450.00, fix Engine light on because of Gas sensor for $500.00. I find it odd the day my warranty expired all of a sudden all these problems arise after my oil change. To make matters worst when I decline to do the service because of financial situations. They returned my Atlas without putting back the undercarriage. Do a internals investigation because I truly believed i was scammed by Tynan Volkswagen. More
After my service the vehicle was missing the rear wiper. I called and was told the wipers were checked and ratted yellow but no responsibility would be averted. Even though Tynan was quite busy the day of service. Brian was personable with me and my vehicle. No pressure in purchasing items I couldn’t afford at this. STILL NO RESOLVEMENT I didn’t have much dealing with Cauther other than checking me in & out. I spent 3 hours at the dealership & not one person spoke to me. I received one text wanting me to approve Cauther other than checking me in & out. I spent 3 hours at the dealership & not one person spoke to me. I received one text wanting me to approve add on sales. Then AFTER I left the dealership, I received a text saying I declined a dented wheel repair which was never brought to my attention. I think the damage might have been caused when the tire was changed, the reason for not telling me while I was there. After calling the service manager, I was offered to replace the wheel without a labor charger. I will not return. More
