After scheduling my appointment 2 months in advance in order to have a loaner on the day of my appointment, I received a phone call from Cauther at 6:00pm the night before saying not to come in cause there was no loaner for me. When I asked when I could come in I was vaguely told that it was unknown, that I would be called. Garrett was able to work it out and I appreciated that greatly! More

What’s not to love about a dealer where you can roll up with a problem, and they fix three (including one you didn’t see coming) and return the car ready to go and washed!
