I was greeted and welcomed by 3 different people coming in. I only came in for a full synthetic oil change, but they take care to show you that you matter regardless of money spent. I had a pretty reasonable experience when actually getting (lease) a new Golf GTi and enjoyed working with my sales person Andrew, who throughout the entire process remained the most helpful and communicative. Unfortunately my Golf suffered a rare stalling issue which eventually resulted in a forced buy back by VW. Even more unfortunately, I was dependent on Tynans service department for updates along the way, and afterwards on Tynans management and finance department to claim back money on a lease guarantee program I had purchased. It's a VW product but all contact must go through the dealer. My conclusion is that there is a culture that if you aren't standing there in front of them, you are invisible. The worst offender was John Tynan himself, so I guess if there's a culture of bad customer service it starts with him and trickles down. Either the man doesn't KNOW how to reply to emails, or he simply doesn't care about customer service. In the end even begging for an update via email was ignored and I gave up. It was either that or ANOTHER visit to actually show up at his desk and go through the same old routine of: - I'm frustrated - Oh weird.. I thought I responded to that email - Right. Whatever. What's happening - I'm going to make you feel like I actually give a xxxx now that your standing here, and make some promises that I'm unlikely to keep. There are lots of VW in Denver and surrounding areas and they are al selling the same cars. Do yourself a favor and choose a different one. While I am sure there are many people who, like me, had a great car buying experience it's not about what happens when things go right - it's about how you are treated when things go wrong. Tynans left me feeling frustrated, disregarded, disrespected and ignored from their part in what was already a very disappointing VW experience. More

Awesome and professional service. I think I have been to Tynans 4 times in the last couple of weeks. I have found a dealership who will take care of my car and their customers. I had to go out of town and ran into trouble with my tires. I called Mr. Cauther took my call, listened to the concerns and told me to come on in. Mr. Xsavier and his team took care of the car as soon as I walked in. The wait was not as long as anticipated. They were able to provide and take care of putting tires on and aligning my vehicle. This was something the service place (in the town) I was at was unable to do. Tynan thank you and you will remain the go to place for our vehicle. More
