They never actually fix anything and they always try to charge thousands of dollars and tell you the warranty won’t cover the repair. Bought a car from them not even a year ago and was told it was in “perf charge thousands of dollars and tell you the warranty won’t cover the repair. Great service. Professional and timely wok on vehicle. I came in to have service-AdBlue placed in car, the systems were down and there was a wait. You go many places and see frustration on employees when computers or systems are down. I LOVED working with them. I have several bad experiences at other VW Dealerships and they by far exceeded my expectations. I did not have to wait to get an appointment with the service advisor and then get at other VW Dealerships and they by far exceeded my expectations. I did not have to wait to get an appointment with the service advisor and then get an additional appointment for the mechanic to look at it which is what I’ve had to do at other places. Tom and the rest of the staff went out of their way to contact my warranty company and just overall get everything repaired as quickly as possible. I would highly recommend them and will definitely be back. More

I love the customer service at Tynan’s but not so sure about the repair. Our break warning light came on and was told I would have to spend $1600 to replace the breaks early to get the sensor replaced w t about the repair.
