I am very pleased with the car service, professionalism of all the staff I encountered, but especially Mr. Xsavier. Dealerships and sales people are not my favorite people and it is because of really bad experiences we have had over the years and which left a negative impression. At Tynan’s, I am blown away by the professionalism, excellent customer service- Mr. Xsavier was courteous, he Listened to my requests and did not use pushy or fearful sales tactics to get me to complete additional services recommended. Thank you so much for that. I sincerely appreciate him listening, acknowledging my requests, explaining the process, and what would need to be done. Further more I appreciate the service team for completing the work I requested done first before giving the recommendations. But what really sealed the deal for me, our car runs really smooth and Mr. Xsavier said see you for your next oil change or in a year for maintenance service. That speaks volumes, because I left feeling pleasantly pleased, not taken advantage and not rushed or anxious about making decisions about when to get my car done. Thank you. I had a terrible experience from drop off to pickup. Shuttle service is not what it is claimed, and I had to go out of pocket to get a ride home.
