The last time they provide bad service for a cars. I was changed oil and filter few months ago and after one month my car was stopped and give me notification (low level of oil) . I called to Tynans to ask changed oil and filter few months ago and after one month my car was stopped and give me notification (low level of oil) . I called to Tynans to ask them what the type of oil their mechanics gave to me and if they cover that problem. Customer service told me - “it’s not our responsibility”. I fix that car in another shop and everything was totally fine 4 months. Two days ago I came to change oil and what do you think? I have a licking right now. Awful. I lost my key on a business trip and had to have my car towed to Tynan’s. When I dropped the car off, the only warning light that was on was the license plate bulb and the radio worked. When I picke my car towed to Tynan’s. When I dropped the car off, the only warning light that was on was the license plate bulb and the radio worked. When I picked the car up a week later, there were 4...count them 4 dashboard warning lights on and the radio was locked. I brought it in and they looked at it. They came back and said they had to charge me to fix it, because it was my word against yours. I guess the customer is not always right at Tynan’s. 2+ hours to get treated like a piece of garbage. I will not ever go back. But I will write a scathing Yelp review and tell as many people as possible. More
