First, I was disappointed in the Service, or rather lack thereof from Shane, the Service Advisor. Secondly, contacted John Tynan and he did at least assist me with providing some follow up and provided one thereof from Shane, the Service Advisor. My relationship with Tynan’s has always been 5-star. BETTER than AlLL the other Denver VW dealerships, I purchased 2 Volkswagens from McDonalds VW, and after spending way too much money and high interes BETTER than AlLL the other Denver VW dealerships, I purchased 2 Volkswagens from McDonalds VW, and after spending way too much money and high interest, McDonalds never gave me the time of day! EVERYONE in your service area is fantastic. This visit I interacted primarily with Shane, who is awesome and so focused on customer experience. They never actually fix anything and they always try to charge thousands of dollars and tell you the warranty won’t cover the repair. He always keeps us in the loop with what is happening to the vehicle and this time and everytime we work with Tom, the experience has been excellent. Great service. Professional and timely wok on vehicle. I came in to have service-AdBlue placed in car, the systems were down and there was a wait. You go many places and see frustration on employees when computers or systems are down.
