Friendly staff but unsatisfactory service I had an oil leak which took 2 visits to repair. The labor charge was excessive but I will continue to return because they are an authorized VW deale I had an oil leak which took 2 visits to repair. The labor charge was excessive but I will continue to return because they are an authorized VW dealership and the original purchase location for my vehicle. The service team is courteous, especially Cauther, and I was pleased with their loaner policy. However the repair should have been completed on first attempt. More

Great experience getting my VW repaired. Marcie Mills was my service advisor and she took great care of me, securing a car for me to drive while mine was repaired. I l getting my VW repaired. I live 100 miles from Denver so this was a huge deal The repair was covered by VW an unexpected and wonderful surprise and my car was washed and vacuumed. Great team at Tynans. More

Very happy customer! I’ve always been warned to never go to dealerships because they will rip you off, but my experience at Tynan was the opposite! I thought something might be wrong and would end up paying a fortune, but they checked and rechecked and ensured everything was functioning correctly. Tired of bringing my lemon here I know these people way better than I would Want. I am tired of all the malfunctions and recalls. Not only do I have to take my car back frequently b I know these people way better than I would Want. I am tired of all the malfunctions and recalls. Not only do I have to take my car back frequently but then I leave and get updated recall info or they call me to tell me my car needs something else done. This is an hour trip each time I guess they think I live down the block. I will never buy from VW again and will never recommend this dealership to anyone not even my worst enemy!! More

Service department good experience Brand new car that we’ve had for a couple months about 700 miles. Had to purchase a tire as we got a nail and couldn’t be repaired. We took car in for service of tire and mentioned that an error message kept appearing saying instrument cluster service vehicle every 10 seconds. The service department has been great Tom Tran is who we deal with and he’s the most accommodating individual, courteous, and shows concern. This Jetta is our 4th car purchased from Tynan’s. Didn’t expect to have issues with new car. The instrument cluster required replacement. More
