Tom Tran has always went above and beyond his job as far as making sure that all of the customers are well taken care of. I’ve always had a very good peace of mind knowing that my car was in their hands. If you are in need of any maintenance work on your car no matter what kind a make or model just give them a try they do awesome work. Plus I do like my 2016 Volkswagen Passat it’s very nice car. Diagnosed and repaired in a timely manner. Staff was great! Vehicle dropped off for airbag light on. Lack of quality service The service staff here is friendly, I just wish the quality of actual service met the same standard. My first unpleasant visit was for a routine re The service staff here is friendly, I just wish the quality of actual service met the same standard. My first unpleasant visit was for a routine recall, they had me come in at 7am on a Thursday. Upon arrival I was told they didnt have the replacement part in stock which required the appointment be rescheduled. You'd imagine this is something they could have made me aware of days prior. My most recent experience was for a front end alignment. My Golf was pulling to the left when the steering wheel was straight. This was another 7am appointment on a Friday. Was told the service would take 2 hours. The service ended up taking 4 hours. Upon leaving the dealership, I immediately noticed my car was now pulling severely to the right. Went back in and needed to reschedule for another alignment. This is twice now Tynans has not lived up to the quality of service I came to expect. I will be exploring other dealerships/shops for future service on my VW. More

Far from Parker Everything about the service was perfectly fine. My only issue has more to do with VW because we don’t have a dealership in Parker and going into Denv Everything about the service was perfectly fine. My only issue has more to do with VW because we don’t have a dealership in Parker and going into Denver/Aurora is a pain in 2019 traffic. On top of that Tynan’s valet service is not available for us as it is indeed too far. More

Oct 14 Service Positive experience with two minor exceptions. $130 to purchase and install a front plate is excessive. The bracket cost was ~$90. The rear bumper was missed and the wheels we not cleaned very well. Otherwise, it was a good experience. More
