Stellar service rep. I came in for some final warranty work and found out my warranty was expired by a few hundred miles. Jeremy in service put me in touch with VW. And guided by Jeremy they covered the bulk of the repairs. He arranged a loaner while parts were on backorder then touched base with me every few days to keep me updated throughout the process.
