Cooling System Repairs on Brand New Vehicle Very disappointed. Bought car on Labor Day, brand new. Has been in shop since that Tuesday. They said it was repaired Friday. I picked up today. The initial problem does not seem to be from the dealership. They problem I am having is that the service department said it would be test driven 100 miles to make sure the vehicle was in working order after the fan was replaced. However, the odometer said 90 miles. This included the 15 on the vehicle at purchase, the miles home/leaving/returning car to dealership for repair. This car has had the coolant cap replaced, 2 thermometers replaced, the fan replaced... For a customer who has been in your shop this long...wouldn't you do your job the RIGHT WAY? I will be contacting legal support because this has gone on too long. More

Poor work I took my car in because of a particular problem with my convertible top. They told me the car was ready so I went to pick it up, and the same problem I took my car in because of a particular problem with my convertible top. They told me the car was ready so I went to pick it up, and the same problem is happening. We left it at the dealership for two weeks, we were told it was ready to be picked up, we pick the car up, and we’re going to take it across country to California. Another problem presented itself, so we took it to the dealership in Northern Colorado. This dealership said the light for the Convertible top was on again indicating a problem with it. The original problem is clearly still not fixed. More
