Good service I was given immediate service without an appointment since I had already isolated the source of a rattle in my new Jetta. I do, however, wish they would have givien me the option of opting out of the car wash afterward, which takes additional time. More

Customer service was poor The staff was short when asked about warranties, discounts etc. There was a recall on my car which I was told would not be covered and that I had to p The staff was short when asked about warranties, discounts etc. There was a recall on my car which I was told would not be covered and that I had to pay the diagnostic charge. I dropped my car off at 9am, got the additional services needed at 1 and approved them but the service did not get completed and I had to return another day. No apology given and the staff was not pleasant or understanding. I try to use the dealer as my car is at 30,000 miles but, this has deterred me from using tynans again. More
