I lost my appointment They told me that the oil change will take 2 hrs but it took 3 hrs and I lost my appointment. Recall Took my car in for a recall, while they were checking my car in, the service underwriter comes in and says "your wipers are streaking, would you like Took my car in for a recall, while they were checking my car in, the service underwriter comes in and says "your wipers are streaking, would you like them replaced?" I just picked up the car the first of Feb, why was that not caught when it went through the inspection prior to me buying the car? Just a little frustrating, they were trying to sell me wipers on a car I just bought from them. More

The express service were very kind & helpful The 2 express service men were very kind & helpful. They answered all my questions & concern with my new 2016 Passat. Great customer care Had a serious engine problem that had eluded diagnosis for quite a while. Like everything it finally became an issue. Good service again however Another good service done by this location, however the first guy I was working with was very rude. I said a simply good morning and he doesn't reply, Another good service done by this location, however the first guy I was working with was very rude. I said a simply good morning and he doesn't reply, than said what do you want? I said here for my 50k service and he didn't respond just started typing. He than asked for name and # and went to take pictures and check in the vehicle. After that the air filter for the engine isn't included in that service I than had asked him if they could do that as well and he acting very confused and rude like I didn't know what I was talking about. After a few minutes going back and forth I said never mind. He than said you mean the air filter?? I replied yes, what I've been saying for the last few minutes. After that, service was excellent car was done in a timely manner for the work being done, prices a bit high but the quick service guy was able to get me a coupon which helped greatly. Will be back just want to deal with someone who understands my needs. More
