Warranty work I was supposed to have my car get an intake manifold fixed. I was told it would be a four hour job. It turned out they needed two days to even get to I was supposed to have my car get an intake manifold fixed. I was told it would be a four hour job. It turned out they needed two days to even get to it after I made the appointment, and even then they didn’t call me to say it was done. I had to come back twice to get the car after they didn’t know it was done the first time. Bad lack of communication. More

Only the best! When it comes to car dealership or service centers, I’m not very trustworthy as there are so many dishonest ones out there. But with Tynan’s, I know they are good honest people & will make sure all of their departments treat their customers honestly & respectfully. I called Tom in service slightly panicking as my engine light had come on! I knew I was overdue for my 80k service. He made an appointment for me & told me approximately what the cost would be. Letting me know as well of coupons on their website! He had a loaner vehicle all ready for me so I could get to work the next day. My car was ready to role the next afternoon, everything fixed & was even less than what I was expecting to pay! Thank You Tynans for being honest, trustworthy, helpful, friendly & accommodating! More

Key replacement The replacement came in for wrong type of car but Tom was able to get correct one in a couple of days. Customer service is dead I brought my car in for repairs, took longer than expected because parts needed replaced. Understandable. What is not understandable is why I was not contacted when the repairs were finished. Then I called to check the status of my vehicle I am told they have no record of my vehicle. SERIOUSLY? I got very upset obviously because he’s telling me they don’t have my car. At no point does he tell me he’s going to find out what’s going on or be helpful in any way. I had to get upset, then he tells me he doesn’t need my attitude. MY ATTITUDE? You have my car and you’re not helping me. This guy should NOT have a job!!! Not sure of his name More
