Excellent customer service Last Sunday I took my 2009 Volkswagen rabbit in for a change. I decided to bring my bike and take it for a ride while my vehicle was getting service Last Sunday I took my 2009 Volkswagen rabbit in for a change. I decided to bring my bike and take it for a ride while my vehicle was getting serviced. That day they closed at 3. I miss judged my distance and didn’t get back till 3:15. It was a beautiful Saturday afternoon and I didn’t expect anybody to be there when I got back. To my surprise Brandon Phifer was still inside waiting for me. I didn’t call or let anyone know I was running late, when I walked in he said “hey, you made it. I was going to give you till 330 and head out.” I was blown away by the customer service. I felt like I was treated as if I was having a brand new Volkswagen CC being serviced. I was truly grateful somebody had stayed behind to let me get my car and have it for the weekend. More

I lost my appointment They told me that the oil change will take 2 hrs but it took 3 hrs and I lost my appointment. Recall Took my car in for a recall, while they were checking my car in, the service underwriter comes in and says "your wipers are streaking, would you like Took my car in for a recall, while they were checking my car in, the service underwriter comes in and says "your wipers are streaking, would you like them replaced?" I just picked up the car the first of Feb, why was that not caught when it went through the inspection prior to me buying the car? Just a little frustrating, they were trying to sell me wipers on a car I just bought from them. More

The express service were very kind & helpful The 2 express service men were very kind & helpful. They answered all my questions & concern with my new 2016 Passat. Great customer care Had a serious engine problem that had eluded diagnosis for quite a while. Like everything it finally became an issue.
