Service took too long because of mistake. I have had positive experiences with Tynan's in the past, however for this appointment I was very frustrated with the service I received. I was getting my radio fixed and backup light changed and it ended up taking 6 hours. It wasn't until 3 hours into my appointment did the dealer realize that they were performing repairs on the wrong car. I was then told it would only take an hour for them to fix the issue but it ended up taking 3 hours. Thankfully my service was free, but I was very frustrated with how I was treated at Tynan's for this appointment. More

Fine. Decent experience. Everyone’s nice, but they could be more organized. Both times I’ve been there I have to ask if my cars done and both times it’s bee Decent experience. Also I shouldn’t have to wait an hour to be told a tire is out of stock. I called to schedule an appointment and they told me to come in for the express service which I did. Only to wait an hour to be told the tire wasn’t in stock. Also I received at $250 gift card for service that i can’t find and no one seems to know how to redeem the credit. Lastly I asked about my lights in my car and no one has followed up. More
Very dissatisfied!! After driving my vehicle home it would not start. The dealership towed it back and I had to call 24 hours later to check the status. My vehicle had not been looked at and I was told that it would not be looked at for 3 more days. The lack of communication is unprofessional. I was also told I would receive a call from the service supervisor. I did not. Now I have to wait through the weekend to speak with someone. I’m disgusted and discouraged. I will not be doing further business with this establishment. More
