Not a happy customer. I took my brand new Tiguan for a recall fix. When I actually checked to see if recall was fixed, it was not fixed. I was told it was fixed. Great resolution after buy Had a great experience with he service department. Bought a car with a slightly strange noise in the brakes when applied at high speed.
