Fantastic customer service from Mark I came into the service center because my check engine light went on. I spoke with mark a few days before and he informed me what the costs would be a I came into the service center because my check engine light went on. I spoke with mark a few days before and he informed me what the costs would be and how my warranty would effect that if it was covered. I was at the service center right at 7am and mark helped me right away. He knew I had to get to work so he helped speed up the process of getting my car checked out to see if it would be a long repair or something quick. He then told me since I could drive with the car how it is currently that I can set an appointment up for next week when a loaner was available, even if it was just a couple hour fix so that I could get back and forth to work easily. I have never been more impressed with someone’s customer service then Marks. He was so helpful and accommodating. More

Horrible maintenance Took my vehicle in because my check engine light turned on. I was told it needed to have the manifold replaced. I picked it up the following day to dr Took my vehicle in because my check engine light turned on. I was told it needed to have the manifold replaced. I picked it up the following day to drive it to work. 6 hours later I was driving it home and started having serious engine issues. I had to get it towed the same day I picked it up. I received my car in a worse condition then when I dropped it off. It seems there mechanics are doing poor repairs and don't take the time to do them. I would like to see proof of their qualifications, and/ or certification's. I don't trust thier work and this is not the first time where they have wasted my time. More

Quick service I own Gary's Auto Service, an independent auto repair shop. We recently had a customer who had lost the key to her locking wheel lugs, and wanted us t I own Gary's Auto Service, an independent auto repair shop. We recently had a customer who had lost the key to her locking wheel lugs, and wanted us to break off the locking lugs and install ordinary wheel bolts in their place. We didn't have a master key to do that so I called Tynans. My wife took the car to Tynans, and they removed the locking lugs for a reasonable price, which allowed us to replace the lugs for our customer.My wife was in and out in 20 minutes.
