I’ve never purchased a vehicle there, We got close to a deal once, But it ended with another vehicle. I used my dealings with you to deal with them and get a better price.. I purchased there as well. It has been serviced at Tynans., I give you five stars for the treatment I received from your service personnel, As well as your technicians, I had a recent experience. I was run up the road onto a curb with My VW it blew out my tire. I was about two blocks away. I pulled in to Tynans., Your Technician tried to air it up. The sidewall was damaged. He then changed my tire and put my spare on. He did it with A great attitude, As well as the young lady At the service pay window who called him forward to the desk and arrange for him to help me. They did not charge me and they got me on my way.. I A couple of weeks later, I picked up a burrito from Santiago’s and delivered it to the Tynans girl at the desk to make sure that the technician received my gift of appreciation. Truly, these two individuals were kind, Helpful and made me feel Safe because of the time I was dealing with an illness and they eased my stress with their Helpfulness. As I said, I was in negotiations with the salesman there in 2019 , he was helpful, informative, and patient, We never made a deal, But as I stayed, I made the best possible with him, And then went elsewhere with the information I gained in that Negotiation, Negotiated a better prize at a different dealership I used Your Dealershipp to .Negotiate a better deal elsewhere.
