Told me I needed to replace cat converter but upon doing my own inspection with car I felt like the car drove fine in its current condition. Cauther has done everything possible to present the xxxx sandwich he's been handed as a 5 star deal. The service department has had my car for over 5 weeks now, initially to replace a seized ignition cylin sandwich he's been handed as a 5 star deal. The service department has had my car for over 5 weeks now, initially to replace a seized ignition cylinder which took two weeks but when they attempted to return the car the center console was still disassembled and the Bluetooth system didn't work anymore. After checking the vehicle back in they fixed the center console and tried to return the car with the bluetooth still not working, they said the module died, then ordered the wrong part for replacement. Upon discovering the wrong part Cauther offered a loaner vehicle, which is very helpful since I work out of town and state regularly, and my commute is 5-6 hours one way. I'm not impressed with the speed of service but as I said Cauther has done everything he can to make the situation bearable even remaining professional and friendly despite my own frustration and anger at the situation sometimes coming out. For my part I'd like to say Thank you and I apologize if I've been rude to him. More
