SERVICE VISIT

Got me in and out quicker but the frustration I had is that I mentioned to her I had just had my battery changed out through Tynan's and that then the check engine light came on. The next week. Instead of that I mentioned to her I had just had my battery changed out through Tynan's and that then the check engine light came on. The next week. Instead of clarifying with her team if that might be a complication of the battery change she said it wasn't related to the battery at all and instead is an emissions issue. Except the internet confirms this is a common complication of the battery being switched out if the mechanic doesn't reset that. So instead of offering to have the code read or checking with her team she scheduled me to drop my vehicle off for several days and have it diagnosed for $185. Luckily the check engine light went off on its own today so clearly was an issue of the battery change but Monique never even considered or suggested that as a reason for why it'd come on to begin with More
