Getting an estimate over the phone was inconvenient. The service department gave me an estimate on labor for my issue but sent me to the parts department to get an estimate on some of the parts needed. The service department gave me an estimate on labor for my issue but sent me to the parts department to get an estimate on some of the parts needed. I then aske the parts person about a wiring part that gets brittle and breaks when doing this repair and he never gave me the estimate. He said that only happens on older vehicles. Anyway they didn’t listen to me when I told them what was wrong and what I wanted repaired. I get a text saying the wiring harness was broken and that would fix my problem. Guess what it didn’t and they not only had to replace the harness but also the glow plugs that I told them it needed. The never did give me a full estimate or tell me they were proceeding with the whole repair until I came to pick up the vehicle and got the bill for everything that I had told them it needed. They shouldn’t assume the customer doesn’t know what work is needed. They could have given me a full estimate of what I first asked them about, because that is exactly the repair that they did. The only thing they did do well was get me in without an appointment and get the car fixed More
Great! Came in and was helped immediately. They did a full inspection and walked me through everything. Definitely would recommend. Came in and was helped immediately. They did a full inspection and walked me through everything. Definitely would recommend. More
I had my Passat in for its 70,000-mile oil change and found out my original front brakes had finally worn out. Cauther informed me about this and also a leaking cv boot. The car was ready in one day and found out my original front brakes had finally worn out. Cauther informed me about this and also a leaking cv boot. The car was ready in one day and I was completely satisfied with the service. The car had been so repair-free so far that I had no idea that cars repairs had become so expensive. My advice would be to take care of minor problems before they become so expensive that you might really put off much-needed safety items. More
It took over a month to get my car repaired and didn’t get an update for the first 2.5 weeks. Extremely expensive. Only reason I went there was because no one else works on European cars. get an update for the first 2.5 weeks. Extremely expensive. My major turnoff was the fact that I was going to get charged $185 just to look to see where my oil leak was coming from, so I declined the service. charged $185 just to look to see where my oil leak was coming from, so I declined the service. More

I am a little frustrated with the loss of a service slot. When I signed the lease for my car I was told to not come in for service until I hit 10k miles. I said I'll probably come in earlier to be safe, but was told to hold off until 10k specifically, even if it took longer. I had driven 7,500 miles when the car reminded me to get it serviced, and when I came in I was told I lost one of the services that came with the car because it's due during the first year. Feel a bit cheated with that, and while Calysta apologized for the sales person that gave the wrong infortmation, it's still very frustrating. More
