Was told my car would be 3 to 4 days. Turned out it was over a week and NO COMMUNICATION. Monique is complete unprofessional waste of time and rude. I called to check on the status of my VW and Monique said she would call me back and she never did. Monique should be retrained on her customer service skills. Monique should appreciate each and every customer that calls or walks in. Monique name was not mentioned on the next page but I would give her a no star rating if the option was available. This place has never given me a positive experience. They have the worst service department. They do not understand the words customer service. For over 3 years it’s been a problem every time I take my car in. This last time I will be filing a lawsuit. So I paid for maintenance when I bought the car. The first 4 we’re covered. I go in for my last one and they refuse. Because I’m past the mileage now. It was due at 47000. I made my appointment and they canceled twice in me. Both times appointment was rescheduled at least 3-4 weeks out. And then I had to reschedule once. So yes I was over miles. Due mostly to them and I drive my car for a living. So of course the miles would be over. I drive 500 miles a day at least. The fact that manager is a racist xxxxx and has given me nothing but trouble for 3+ years is the cause for the lawsuit. They have no right to do this. And they wanted to charge $600 when it’s already something I paid for. The service did not get done and I was told by the racist service manager who is completely 100% rude and disrespectful that I can no longer bring my car back there that is under warranty there. So I will be suing Tynans. For their lack of care for me as a customer. The disrespect I have endured and for the racist xxxxx I’ve dealt with that has been completely rude and disrespectful for over 3 years and I still need my service. Done. So I expect someone to call and schedule this to be done. More

I purchased my auto at Tynan’s, and have had it serviced with them every year since. Taking the car in for a general maintenance is such an easy process. Calysta has been the rep I have seen for the past two years. She is so friendly and helpful. It truly is an easy process: and not to forget they sometimes offer shuttle to where you need to go. There is a nice waiting area. I use the coupons every single time I get one. I feel so reassured knowing they check everything on my car, let me know what it needs and can keep it running smooth.
