I have had dealings with Cauther on multiple occasions. He goes out of his way to make sure that you are kept up to date and know exactly what is going on at all times. I just had a recall on 1 of my parts He goes out of his way to make sure that you are kept up to date and know exactly what is going on at all times. I just had a recall on 1 of my parts that was from 2018 and Tynans had it approved and fixed within 48 hours. Top notch dealership and service! More

This visit was particularly annoying since I was only in for key programming, which took and hour and a half. I had my car in a few weeks ago for the 50,000 mile service and wasn't notified until almost a w for key programming, which took and hour and a half. I had my car in a few weeks ago for the 50,000 mile service and wasn't notified until almost a week and a half later that the key was on back order, and I had to call to ask for an update. They also wouldn't fix the car bearings which are warrantied until 50,000 miles but our car was 1,000 miles over and they wouldn't honor it which seems petty and is irritating. More
