First impression went really bad. Took my 2022 Golf R in for recalls and they scratched my car and put swirl marks through the entire car. Second impression went even worse. I took my car back to them to fix the scratches and swirl marks they keep my car for 2 weeks go to pick my car up and they didn't even do anything to it it looks exactly the same. I was told I would hear from Brandon that was weeks ago still no phone call. Besides them charging me 5,000 over msrp and 1,500 for ceramic coating that didn't even survive thier car wash once. Then selling me extended warranty but offer lifetime warranty this was by far the most expensive and worst car buying experience I have had. I have been buying VW for 12 years they will not get anymore money from me. If they won't even fix what they messed up chances of getting something done under the warranty they offer is probably pretty slim. More
