Great customer service representative at the express service counter. They initially quoted me 4 hours for a.walk in oil job which I was fine with but it was done in half the time. I had a recall that they took almost a month to complete. They had the parts in stock and told me it would take 2-3 days to complete then didn’t get my car back for about three weeks.
