I feel bad for the. Because they obviously hate their jobs and where they work. Even with a vehicle disabling and dangerous situation on a 2019 vehicle, I was told to get in line: It would be several days before they would look at it. There is no such thing as an emergency here. That would cause them more work. I will never buy here again. I would feel bad for anyone that does. I witnessed them treating 4 customers poorly in 25 minutes. I can’t imagine running a service dept. without emergency service. Usually poor business practices root themselves out. No wonder the place is for sale and there are no takers. Not all Jeep dealers are as poor as Tyson. I took my car to an alternative and it was repaired in 45 minutes. More

Spent a good amount of money on repairs and even asked at my last repair if I was due for any service soon. Was told no. They did internal repairs in my engine. My tie rod broke putting a whole in my engine block. Chrysler got involved and took Tyson’s word over their consumer. I’m without a van that’s only 5 years old and I’m fed up with their lies. I have all of my paperwork to prove the amount of work that was done to my vehicle. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. More

To acknowledge great customer service Aaron Lang and a fellow co-worker (do not know name) assisted me when I arrived a few minutes before 9 pm and cashier was closed. It was not their jo Aaron Lang and a fellow co-worker (do not know name) assisted me when I arrived a few minutes before 9 pm and cashier was closed. It was not their job to assist me in trying to pick up my car after it was serviced yet they spent a half hour of their time looking for my keys and paperwork to see if they could help me get my car that evening so that I would not have to make another trip back the next day. I have a husband who is sick and cannot drive and I work 2 jobs while trying to take care of 3 kids. It is a challenge to get out there to say the least and I was disappointed when I got there and cashier had closed and left early. Aaron and his co-worker were so kind and positive. They tried everything they could to help me out that evening. Although it did not work out I left feeling very happy that they cared enough to try their best and be so kind. When discussing the issue the next day with the staff in the cashier area they were kind as well and apologized. They verbalized that it would be reviewed and looked at such that this would not happen to someone else in the future. Overall, despite my 2nd trip that was needed I would highly recommend this dealership for their efforts and attempts to take care of customers. More

First experience with their service department 2018 Pacifica Hybrid Limited. Had an appointment for an oil change and a recall "that should be quicker than an oil change." All of this took 4 hours while I sat in their waiting area. No updates at all. The service advisor walked past me at least a dozen times. I had to text them to find out what was taking so long. They didn't even wash my van or charge the hybrid system. Had to walk around the lot to find my van until some employee out front vaping offered to find it and pulled it up to me. More

DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!! DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR FOR SERVICE HERE!!! I leased a brand new lemon, a.k.a. my Jeep Compass, in May of 2017. From early on this vehicle has had so many issues with the suspension and transmission just to mention the larger issues. Now the car is back to violently jerks as I'm driving. I WAS NEARLY JERKED INTO AN INTERSECTION YESTERDAY. This is after a corporate programing "update" that had been ignored by the service staff for months. When you bring your car in for service they ignore what you say, pretend to work on your car, and treat you like you're nuts. Well, you know what, I have been nuts for putting up with this for so long. The general manager never called me back after the service manager Bill claims he was taking my name and number to him for him to call me yesterday. It seems he doesn't take direct phone calls from insignificant customers. Trust and believe they'll wish they had not ignored me if something happens to me or my family as a result of their negligence with this vehicle. I feel so disrespected. My safety, my time, and my money means nothing to this dealership. How would they feel if their child, or spouse, or parent was having the same experience somewhere else. Please do not risk your time, money, or possibly your safety at Tyson Motors of Shorewood. More
very poor parts and service department. When having a problem with a brand new vehicle, take it to service and they argue with you that there is nothing wrong with the vehicle. You purchase brand new vehicles that are less than 1 year old and the computer says something is wrong and the workers argue it is ok. Bring it back if it does it again. So we did but what a headache to come back and forth all because they can not see what the problem is. To me that is so unprofessional. Would not recommend any one to use service department. More
